Caramelized Yoplait!

Since I was a kid, I used to adore flavored yoplait! I used to buy them a lot when I was in school and they are still my favorite snack at work!

Today, I finished working remotely and felt like being in the kitchen so I decided to make some yoplait!

  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cup of milk powder
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of cornflower

Caramel Flavor:

Melt 1/2 cup of sugar while adding barely half a cup of water


  1. Whisk the milk powder, cornflower, sugar and water in a pan on the stove
  2. In a different pan, melt the sugar until it’s caramelized
  3. Add the caramel to the 1st pan and whisk them until they harden a bit. You don’t want to overdo them like we usually do with custard.
  4. Store in the fridge for about 30 minutes and sa7tein!
